Web Design & Development
Payments for web design projects are divided into instalments for the convenience of our clients, typically 50% at the start of the project and 50% upon its completion. Once a payment or deposit is made, we immediately begin acquiring necessary resources such as domain names, hosting, email addresses, themes, and plugins and devote time to delivering a high-quality website tailored to your requirements.
Due to these commitments, the initial 50% deposit is non-refundable. If a project is cancelled or postponed by the client, the initial deposit will be retained by Website99 (Edutisement Consultancy Services Pvt Ltd.), and any additional costs for work performed beyond the amount already paid will be charged to the client.
However, if Website99 (Edutisement Consultancy Services Pvt Ltd.) cancels the project, the initial deposit of 50% will be fully refunded to the client within 7-14 working days.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Social Media Marketing
Payments for SEO and social media marketing services are non-refundable, and we do not provide prorated refunds for fees paid in advance. Once a payment or deposit is made, it is considered final.
All setup fees are non-refundable, as they cover costs immediately incurred by Website99 (Edutisement Consultancy Services Pvt Ltd.) to initiate these services. If a project is cancelled or postponed, any amounts paid will be retained by Website99 (Edutisement Consultancy Services Pvt Ltd.), and the client may be liable for any additional work performed beyond the amount already paid.
Chargebacks
If a chargeback or payment dispute (e.g., payment gateway dispute) is initiated by a client’s credit card company or bank, the service and/or project will be suspended without prior notice.
To resolve any billing concerns, please contact us directly instead of initiating a chargeback. Submitting a chargeback or opening a PayPal dispute for a valid charge from Website99 (Edutisement Consultancy Services Pvt Ltd.) is considered fraudulent and is neither an appropriate nor a legal method to obtain a refund.

We do not provide any hosting servies. We help you in getting hosting through third party companies.
